Sam was the first chemist to formulate with the ingredient matrixyl, the second to formulate with glycolic acid, and one of the first to experiment with Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), all of which are now skincare staples. Over the course of 30 years, he has scaled his business into a state-of-the-art facility with over 170 employees and 700+ satisfied clients. In 1999, he also launched his own product line, DermaQuest. He holds an MS in chemistry from GND University and an MBA in marketing and finance from Pune University.
