Allure Labs LLC is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Client Delivery Project Manager based in Hayward, California. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of client projects utilizing available internal technologies, ensuring the successful delivery of structured project deliverables within a fast-paced production and supply chain environment. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for technology driven business initiatives, detailing project objectives, selected technologies, system requirements, information specifications, timelines, budget allocations, and resource planning. Plan and oversee each phase of the project lifecycle, assess business and system impacts, and monitor progress using defined performance metrics to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgetary objectives are achieved. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments related to system integration, operational workflows, and project execution, develop mitigation strategies and prepare status reports by analyzing system-generated data, key performance indicators, and project trends. Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and escalate issues to management when necessary. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, including Procurement, Production, Accounting, and Research and Development to translate business and operational requirements into structured project plans and system-based workflows, ensuring alignment of internal technical and R&D capabilities with client expectations. Utilize experience in production management, supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and cost analysis.
