Welcoming Rene Epli as our New Chief Financial Officer

Rene Epli is a multinational finance executive with more than two decades of experience guiding complex, multi-site manufacturing organizations through transformation, operational discipline, and strategic growth. He began his career at Deloitte in Switzerland before advancing into increasingly senior Finance & IT leadership roles in both Europe and the United States.

Rene’s time at global, publicly traded businesses includes a combined 12 years at IDEX Corporation and Danaher Corporation. In addition, he has extensive experience at private firms including Elma Electronic, and Vander-Bend Manufacturing.

Most recently, Rene served as Vice President of Finance at Harv 81 USA. He holds an MBA from the University of Zurich and is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.

In joining Allure Beauty Concepts as Chief Financial Officer, Rene is returning to the beauty industry! He has previously been VP of Finance for the USA’s Professional Brands at Revlon.
