Meet Erica King, Our Hayward Site Leader
Erica King is a purpose-driven operations leader with more than 13 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer operations in the beauty, skincare, and consumer goods industries. As Site Leader at Allure Beauty Concepts’ Hayward location, Erica brings a deep commitment to operational excellence, people leadership, and building scalable, compliant operations that support long-term growth.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Erica earned her degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she managed engineering and quality teams in highly regulated environments. She later joined Elevation Labs in Denver, progressing into senior leadership roles and ultimately serving as Plant Manager, where she led teams of more than 250 employees and drove lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership development initiatives during a period of rapid growth.
Most recently, Erica served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Success at Innersense Organic Beauty, where she streamlined global supply chains, improved service levels and customer retention, and advanced sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives across international markets.
At Allure Beauty Concepts, Erica is focused on strengthening plant operations, empowering teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance—while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
