Kleen Concepts, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a 40,000-square-foot facility furnished with cutting-edge equipment and certified ISO 22716, cGMP, and organic. From formulation to manufacturing, we maintain stringent standards of excellence in product quality, regulatory, and customer service.
Kleen Concepts was founded in 2006 as a leading provider of specialized development, manufacturing, account management, and turnkey services for beauty and personal care brands. Our facility is fully equipped to take on any project and bring the highest quality products to market. Our Manufacturing Expertise
Kleen Concepts offers custom formulation services for many different types of personal care products. Each formula is uniquely created to fit your brand’s identity, specifications, and requirements. We utilize the most current filling techniques and have expertise in filling tubes, jars, hot pours, pouches, and sachets. Our facilities have the flexibility to handle small or large runs, as well as adaptable—semi-automated and automated—filling lines.
To always ensure the highest standards, Kleen monitors the output by validating the equipment and the processes for manufacturing. Our facilities have a validated USP Deionized Water System, and we provide QA/QC tests and inspections on raw materials, packaging components, in-process bulk and fill, and finished goods.
Our skilled account managers have built strong relationships with all our suppliers, including packaging, label, and unit carton vendors. For turnkey services, we will always source components that are the best fit for your brand and vision.
